Memo.

First of all, this picture really impressed me. I love the simplicity and the soft sepia tone.

The focus is very clear and the depth of field looks good, the composition is very nice and fits to the square-cropping.
Maybe some parts of the pictures are a bit too dark, especially the pencil and its shadows - but actually i don't really mind that.
The watermark is again a bit disturbing and covers small parts of the pencil, but the focal point is clearly visible.

I do not see a concept in here or any message to convey, but since this picture is categorized as a "still life", i guess that's okay <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>
